The St Patricks Day Parade returns to Birmingham for 2024!

After a few years off, the parade finally returns to Digbeth on Sunday 17th March 2024. John Mitchels are delighted to announce that we will be putting on two floats, and would love to see as many people out to support and join in on the float. This year there is a new route which will start at Camp Hill as normal, but will now travel down Bradford Street. The parade is due to start at 12:00pm, so if you wish to join in on the float, please arrive by no later than 11:30 so that we can get everyone on in time.

This year marks the clubs 85th anniversary, so the floats will be dressed in team jerseys through the years, and we want as many of you out wearing your Mitchels colours as possible! We are also looking for volunteers to walk alongside the float and be available for help and directions if needed, so if you or anyone you know could help, please let your team manager know.

Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult on the float, and places on the float will be allocated on a first come first serve basis, so make sure you arrive on time.
